Vito 113 Petrol automatic
hello all.
I’m new here and hope someone can help me...
I have a w368 2002 Vito 113 automatic and when I bought it the woman mentioned an issue with the radiator....
A week later the van slightly overheated and I noticed a aplit in the expansion tank...
I bought a new radiator and have been trying to get the old one out and replace it with the shiney new one...
First issue was that I couldn’t get the ATC pipes off the back of the radiator...
Managed to remove the pipes from the top and side of the ATC box to facilitate removal and create space to work on the seized pipe nuts...
Im soaking the nuts so hopefully they will separated from the back of the radiator at some point...
Second issue is that I cannot seperate the fan and it’s shroud from the back of the radiator to put it all in the new radiator...!
There doesn’t seem to be any bolts holding it, just 4 clips that go over the radiator and some locating brackets down the side, but I just cannot shift the fan and it’s housing off the old radiator...!

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I might get these parts separated...

Don’t seem to be any videos on YouTube! (That’s a first for me)

Thank you in advance for
Your help...

Ok.
I’ve done it...
Drifted the fan frame out of he U shaped retainers with a long socket wrench and a rubber hammer...
Fan unit is now back on the new radiator AND i managed to remover the stuck ATC to radiator couplings with heat and WD40 and a vice and a Whack!
