Vito 120 cdi Gear Box

Hi, I have a Vito 120 cdi which is a 3.0 auto and it won't change gear, on the display it is telling me its in N but when it D or R it still displays N, when you are in D and you set of it won't change up the gears it stays in 1st gear, dose any of you know what the problem is, Regards

It could be a selector module issue. Needs proper diagnosis firstly.
