wandering if the UK gets the vito awd, l would think so and do you guys get it with right hand drive or left only . l would consider carting one here for a campervan project. only sprinter 4wd available here.

No we don't get it, never seen one, Germany only I think, LHD.

The 4WD version was in the original UK sales brochure but then quietly dropped. AFAIK it's only made in LHD, I've seen a few in Germany ... they look a bit weird because of the high ground clearance:
