Hi all I'm new here but due to someone recently braking into my vito I have just purchased a vito aftermarket central locking kit/ alarm which does both front doors, both sliding doors and rear 2 doors . Was just wondering if anybody has fitted this kit before or has knowledge on how to. Thanks in advance

hi mate, unfortunately i've never fitted an aftermarket kit, however i've had a tinker with the existing central locking system in my 638, what did you get in the kit? and were there no instructions?

Hi mate thanks for your reply. There is vague instructions with the kit. But there is loads of wiring ect also I'm not confident in fitting it myself. I am currently waiting for a reply from someone who works at rossets commercials to see if they want a job on the side.

Typical aftermarket parts with their minimal instructions and out of focus pictures! Haha

Haha that is esactly correct. Thanks i will let you know if all goes to plan. Last resort is getting an auto electrion out to do it for me :/ but that will be mega money

Surely there must be a 638 variant model with it fitted as standard?? If there is then surely you could get the parts & retro fit them to yours??
