Many companies will assume you're using a vehicle like that for work, which costs a lot more.
The Co-Op (CIS) were by far the cheapest for our Vito Dualiner (personal use only), so you could give them a try.

Give CIS a try then. Like I said, many companies will assume you're going to use a minibus for commercial purposes no matter what you say.

May be you could ask about fitting a "black box" similar to which newly qualifed drivers can have to check your milage and hours of operation. A bit extreme and perhaps hard to swallow but it may be worth a shot.
How much NCD have you got?
We are paying approx. £320 a year for our 6-seat Dualiner 120 (3.0 V6) with CIS. That's with max. NCD though.
Obviously age, location, etc. will come in to it too though.
Bizarre. Many MPVs (and even estate cars and SUVs) have 7 seats.
