Hi All

So found hydraulic fluid over my drive and appears to be coming from the rack, anybody undertaken replacement of this task before ?

Yes, I removed my steering rack & replaced the seals etc about 70k miles ago.
The refurbish kit cost more than I have seen second hand complete racks for sale on Fleabay, and fwiw I think I would probably go that route if it starts to play up again.
It was a few years ago now, but I think it was a pita to remove the rack without removing much else but I did manage it despite being told I wouldn't be able to.
I've just had a look at my folder, and unfortunately I don't seem to have any images stored from that task.

Ok thankyou I'm going to jack it up over weekend and look at what's involved
