i have a 2007 vito with a sound 5 stereo fitted,a friend has just offered me a sound 20 unit to change to,could anyone tell me what benefits does the sound 20 have to sound 5 and will it be a simple exchange job to fit or will i need some wiring adaptors or anything.

The main advantage of Sound 20 from new is that it links to phone pre-wire and the multi-function steering wheel. So you get full phone integration, with the phone (and stereo) displayed in the dash cluster as well as controlled by the steering wheel buttons.

If you don't already have the wheel or phone pre-wire then I doubt there'd be much advantage in changing. Sound 20 is fine for radio/CDs, but probably not significantly better quality than Sound 5.
