Hi all,
New to the group and I've asked a few questions on other threads, so thought I'd share my solution to the great big gaping hole between me and my passenger in my new Vito!
I use the van for work and family, and am adjusting to 2 seats front/ 3 seats back, after my old one which had the reverse. So, I was missing the handy front middle seat to dump by crap on whilst driving.
After an exhaustive and futile search for something suitable that I could buy I decided to make my own centre console and storage box.
Here's some pics, just in case anyone is thinking of the same. It took a while to knock together; is mainly made from MDF and cheap leatherette, a tray from eBay, and a couple of Amazon drawer sliders and a handle. Works a treat! Have some more 'work in progress' pics if anyone's interested.
