Hi I wonder if anyone can point in right direction ?

air con won’t maintain pressure, after fill up, looses most of the gas within an hour or so. Massive leak, used some dye and uv torch, nothing found. I can clear code with a icarsoft after inserting some gas, the compressor appears to be working and the clutch engages. So new OEM condenser, but unfortunately after spending several hours working out how to get to change it, the old one appeared ok. It was !

So any ideas please

Ask ATS to carry out a nitrogen test.
At 11 bar or so it will test as the system runs, under pressure.

If you're lucky you will find the leak by using audible sensors.

Thanks I have had a leak test and dye added, he couldn’t find the leak either. Would you know can a compressor leak without any visible signs ? Eg under uv light the tech and I have nothing.
If not I am thinking it must be the evaporator. Hell of a lot of work to get to that !
