Hopefully be putting in a new OPV relay tomorrow.
I don't have the code for my radio. My intention is to use my Arteck jump starter on the battery leads when I disconnect them from the battery.
Anyone see this causing a problem, I don't, but just asking the question.
Hopefully if I undo the battery clamp, I'll have enough room to extract the relay.
I have managed to get the plastic cover out from behind the battery, pull the relay clear, but can't get hold of the relay base. Maybe loosening the clamp will give me some more room?

Nothing but a bugger to get out , some relays pull out no problem, others like mine and maybe yours will need some plastic incerts down each side ..The relay will have tabs on the side of it they lock into the cradle its in . Good luck. Do use you charger it is what i did on the wifes micra when we had no radio code to hand...i used a nut and bolt to hold battery clamp on to the possitive and neg leads or use electrical tape to hold them on you dont want them coming off .

Removed battery clamp, relay came out easily. Put new one in. Started straight away. I'm so pleased, thank you for your help.

I was talking about the fuel presure relay .Dont know why .As a rule the OVP relay is just pull and its out its the FPR thats a tight one .Now enjoy it ./
