Wondering if the boot on these would take two golf bags and trolleys without sawing off the heads on the woods?

Thanks for your reply I thought the boot looked quite small! They surely must fit in a coupe?

+1

if u r looking for one a friend is selling one my no 07940 280028

Stick one out of the sun roof?

A sun roof in a cabriolet? Mine hasn't got that option :D

:DThe boot space in a cab is smaller than a coupé due to the space taken for the cab's soft-top and perhaps, the wind-break.

I'd guess you'd get two in there alright, but you may have to stack them on top of each other. One trolley at least will need to be stored in the back seat area.

Interestingly these cars have the largest boot out of any convertible out there except some of the much older whale Yank stuff. You can easily fit a full sized suitcase in there and three other smaller ones with room for a hand bag or shoes in their box as well etc etc. I use mine extensively for overnighters', the size of the boot is a true blessing weather the roof is up or down - makes no difference = :):)

I reckon you'd certainly get two bags of golf clubs in the boot. The trolley might be a challenge, but you've also got the back seat of course. You're welcome to do a trial run in mine if you're in the Surrey/Hampshire area.

As said, you will need to put one or both of the trolleys on the rear seat (I did it once!). As 124nut says, the boot is made awkward by the way the large roof is stored, which is why I find the boot on a 129 more usable; there isn't as much boot space taken up by the roof.

As a point of interest, if a cab wasn't specced with a windbreak from new, it will have a different boot lining from one that was, although the storage space won't be affected, unless the windbreak is in situ in the specially designed locating channels.

Thanks for all the help, it really wont be practical to use the rear seat every time I play so it looks like a coupe for me which is a very handsome car in its own right.

well...you would fit two trolleys and two golf bags in the coupe! !
