W124 CE on Pistonheads

The enticing thing is the low mileage 300-24 engine, but the seller simply doesn't know his own car. AMG "ground effects kit has been fitted". There's genuine AMG alloys and the ducktail spoiler, but that's it! Mind you he's found it necessary to paint the AMG logo yellow on the alloys.
Aand then there are those side vents! They are identical to the one's on my parent's Range Rover Sport - and that's were they should remain IMHO!

These are just my personal opinions.

Those side vents can't be the same as your parents' RR - they're part of the AMG Ground Effects Kit!

You may have a car that turns heads, but it's not for the reasons you think...

-Halfords Coupe badge on dash
-The cheap & tacky side vents
-Aftermarket steering wheel
-Crap gear knob

No doubt its had a hard year or so since its current owner added those trinkets.

the car itself might be lovely mechanically but would you think so given what the current owner does to the interior of the car? No thanks

price is 3k too much

rear bumper with apron
side skirts.

Which is presumably why he took them off.

When I saw Wills 190 at the meet it did drive home how nice these 190 can be or are, they had a differnt paint to the 124. Just closing his doors brought home the build quality.

I will go and clean my specs
