W124 rear door card removal

Hi, I have an air leak coming from the drivers side rear door, anyone have an how to do rear card removal?
I've had a look but am stumped to be honest.

yes quite easy to remove once you know how.

remember when you put the card back on to give the top a nice firm thump so that the top clips hold on. also make sure they are nicely positioned before you do that. ensure all clips are in whilst you put it back on - easy for a middle clip not to be fully pushed in.

when you have them off, put some grease on the window mechanisms and also maybe spray some waxoil in the bottom of the doors.
