This is the 3rd time the guy has tried to sell this kit on ebay!
And no-one wants it!
Each time it's been on, I've asked, no pleaded with, the parents, telling them it was £6,000 brand new. And each time it's a "NO"

In theory it's the same engine but I'm not sure if the space around it is the same. The exhaust won't fit but you could make up some downpipes to use the existing system. You might have to modify the intercooler and airfilter pipework as well.
Surely easier to sell the E320 and buy an E55?

The reason its not being purchased is most likely down to the fact that its not just a straight bolt on kit....you need to modify the pistons to reduce the compression ration and getting it set up correctly will take time and money.
