Shame he doesnt mention the fact that he as removed the original qaud cam AMG engine and swapped it into his other car! I think its a bit unfair to make out the car is all original as con verted by Strattons.

Not wanting to offend any friends of members (or members) but if the engine is not the AMG one then the ad should say so.
I realise that the ad does not make the claim that it IS an AMG engine either, but nevertheless if it is not the original then it is not the same car that Strattons converted/supplied.

Yeh thats exactly what I was thinking, the original ulra rare Hammer spec unit is now fitted to the sellers SEC. This is fair enough but to make such a claim that the car is an original AMG and not just a collection of parts is a misrepresentation in my opinion.We no longer have the Bornite 500E we have just sold a blue black E500 and Azurite SL60,we still have the C55 202 and SLK32 and a EVO1

Sorry about the website we really should devote more time to it, I dont really like using the forum as a sales pitch, the C55 is a genuine factory build car in silver with black interior, RHD new 18" AMG wheels the only non standard fitment is late 210 mirrors, if you require any further info just call or E mail

Yep genuine factory car, with all the correct handbooks and spec sheet, the spec is as per CLK55, engine,g/box,ECU, 4 BOLT drive shaft, larger higher ratio diff, rear seat pan mods for larger final drive.
