Hmmm - I'm a-guessing that there's some rule that allows DVLA to disallow the transfer of this number plate to another car...?
 
Surely you'd feel like a bit of an idiot having that registration on view anyway!!?
 
Thats a barry boy plate, really doesn't suite a merc!
