The left hand rear window on my A class drops back open by an inch or so when I try to close it using the one-touch facility, as though there is something in the way (there isn't).
The only way to fully close the window is to only lightly press the switch (to the first click). I have tried to reset it but this made no difference.
Where does the problem lie? Do I need a new motor perhaps?
