Hope someone can help me diagnose what is wrong with my beloved W169 A150 (09 plate).
I get no hot air from the cabin vents, just cold air. Blower works on all different speeds, just only blowing cold air.
Have just replaced the Heater Control Valve Motor (in drivers side foot well, small black motor), this works, turns as it should. Tried manually turning this one way to the other and still only cold air, can hear what sounds like a flap opening and closing inside heater when doing this.
Have checked Heater Resistor and it looks fine too.
The Heat Exchanger feed and return (visible from passenger footwell), both get hot when the engine is up to temp.
Coolant level is fine.
Does anyone have any idea why I would still not be getting hot air?
