Hi
I have a 2015 W176 A Class, only had it a few weeks. I’ve noticed a ‘double beep’ noise that’s sounds after 15minutes of driving and then again at regular intervals. It seems to come from what I assume is the ipc speaker within the dash, it doesn’t come out of the cars speakers. It’s very inconsistent and no environmental pattern, but it does seem to be every 15minutes or so.
There is no warning messages, symbols or lights on the dash when this happens. I do not have blind spot assist or anything, I’ve turned the driver assistance off, and the collision warning off too.
My phone is connected via Bluetooth but I don’t think it is being caused by any kind of email notification as I have disabled message and contact access. If it was a notification then my watch would also vibrate, which it doesn’t.
I’m going to speak to Mercedes on Thursday when it is booked in for a wheel refurb but if I had any ideas before hand then that would be good.
Thanks for reading, and any ideas appreciated.
