w202 250 turbo diesel

to all im new to this site i own a c class w202 250 turbo diesel (1999)

heater control the heater brushes have been renewed also regulator has
been replaced new one still no heater fan motor
could it be switch panel ??????
any help

The problem MAY be the duovalve. This is a control valve mounted under the bonnet near the bulkhead on the drivers side. Do a search for "duovalve" on the forum search and it should being more info up.
