W204 C200 CDI pulling on the left

I own a 2010 c200, I noticed that the car on the motorway is pulling on the left, is the like the steering is off centre. I have taken the car in Oxfordshire for a four wheel alignment and mention the pulling problem and although they corrected the toe and the camber, the caster is grey on the print out they found nothing else wrong and the car still pulls in the left. The front breaks are ok the tyres are not unevenly worn neither the suspension has any problems. Has anyone else experience the same? And if so is any other place recommended that can fix the problem? I know wheels in motion is closed. Also is the caster adjustable in this car?

Hi,

The caster is adjustable with special adjustments bolts.
I am not fan of Mercedes dealships but as far as I know the chassis aligment is worth doing with them.

Swap the two front wheels right-to-left, this will tell you if the pull is tyre-related. And, test drive it in an empty car park... the roads will have a camber (to disperse water).
