They look pretty good and will probably last longer than OEM alloys.
You can always have your own refurbished in your own time and keep for winter tyres or sell one set on later.

Do you think they look oem? They will probably be on it when I come to sell it and don't want to have to change them to sell it

They look like reasonable copies of 08-14 C63 16 spoke alloys as shown below.
An OEM set will cost you over £3700 .
