W204 C63 Radiator Fan Issue

Hi
The cooling fan on my 2009 C63 now starts when I unlock the car. The fan continues to run on high all the time the engine runs. The fan does eventually stop when the car ignition is off and the car locked.
So no issue with draining the battery or sticking relay. Also I have checked the A/C and this seems to be working fine. There are no faults indicating and water and oil temperatures all seem to be at normal levels.
Anybody got any suggestions...?

Thanks sirius9. Can I mention what I also noticed today...!?
The car hasn't been used for 4 days, just sat in the grotty Teesside autumnal weather. When I got in it today, the ambient temperature was 10'C, The oil temperature displayed 10'C but the coolant water temperature displayed 40'C.
Is this a separate fault...?
