C250 cgi petrol facelift saloon
Drove through standing water on the road, couldn't avoid it, its been raining all day, car was fine at the time, continued with my journey
Parked up, 10 minutes later started the car, indicators stopped working, so did the wipers, engine fan was running and the engine management light was on and a message appeared on the dash something to do with the adaptive headlights being inoperable.
Engine sounds fine no unusual noises
Switched the car off for a few minutes and restarted, everything is working again i.e wipers, indicators, no message on the dash re the lights and engine fan is no longer running, but the engine management light is still on![Frown :( :(](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f641.png)
Hopefully I've not caused any long term damage!, any ideas what would cause the engine management light fault?
