W204 OM651 problem code P062A00

I got an error. P062A00 The output of the fuel pump is implausible_Stored.
I replaced the fuel pump and I have the same error again, if anyone had a similar problem, please help me, thanks.

When was the fuel filter last changed?

The fuel filter was replaced 5000km ago. When I changed the fuel pump, the pressure in the system is from 2.5 to 3 max bar, when the engine turns off, then it is 0.8 bar. The voltage is 13.50 volts, which means that the old pump was good. What should I look for next, thank you
