Is there any way of putting a registration plate into an internet database to see what options my car came with from Factory? I don’t think it’s highly spec’d but interested to see none the less….

Ask MB for the Oasis spec list, make sure sat nav is up to date and when last serviced etc.

You can enter the VIN on one of the online VIN decoders; apparently they can be a bit hit and miss in terms of accuracy however.

Unfortunately, due to GDPR legislation it's no longer possible to work out the VIN from the VRM using public websites.

If you're buying a car, you can ask the seller to provide you with the VIN. Alternatively, you may get lucky and one of the members on here who has dealer-level access to the MB DSB can convert the VRM to VIN for you.

An MB dealer might or might not give you this information, depending on how well their staff is training in GDPR.

I have an electronic brochure if of use. That will show the basic specs for each model. ie SE, Executive etc.
