Only the AMG Line, but I think they are no longer fitted on future production runs.

Mine didn't. It's the Sport variant on 17" wheels. It came with a compressor and tin of sealant but I bought a space saver spare wheel and jack kit.

I'm thinking of getting an AMG Line, I'll phone them later to see if I can specify non run flats
