Any advice please? Sue is giving me grief.....

There is occasionally a clicking coming from behind the dash (which she says she hasn't heard for a while actually) - think I have identified the guilty stepper motor and of course it is the most inaccessible one which requires almost total dismantling of the dash and X=beam to get at it. I'm assuming that this is what is causing the below problem - she could live with it occasionally clicking

She tells me that demisting takes a long time and when it's cold outside it blows cold, yet when it's hot outside it blows hot i.e. it blows at whatever the external temperature happens to be (hope that makes sense!!)

Any thoughts? Dismantling the dash is beyond my skillset and I'm guessing that it would be pretty expensive to have it done in a garage!
As @merc85 says, it is SUCH a pretty car (same colour combination as his) - really does turn heads when she is out and about topless (the car too.... )

A decent make scanner should be able to tell you what stepper motor is faulty.

Likely it’ll be the fresh air flap hence allowing cold air in to the cabin constantly??

Thanks for the reply. Pretty sure I have identified the relevant stepper but as above, I'd need to almost dismantle the entire dash structure :(
