I have got a 2007 clk280 auto
It's done 83 thousand and when I got it there was loads of faults cam sensors etc
Non branded had been fitted and failed, coil pack issue on cylinder 1
I have put all bossch sensors in new set of plugs replaced the coil pack and still get the p0016 error for retarded timing
I'm about 150 in parts into the car and can't stop the p0016 error
After reset it comes up about 60mile later after a few uses, it's not instant plus I don't have the p0017 error as well so I'm hoping it's not the balancer worn away
Any suggestions on what else to go at I'm contemplating a crank sensor as well but it starts and runs fine
