W210 e320cdi injection pump question

Hello. First time posting here. Hoping somone can help...

ive got an '03 e320cdi touring. As some of you are aware, 2003 wagons were still W210s, even though all the other bodys had gone to the w211. From what ive read, my motor is different from 2002 e320cdis, but also different from the 2004 w211 e320cdi. So it seems that 2003 was the only year for my particular motor? Anyone have any data on that?

leads to my problem, Im fairly certain i need an injection pump, or at least a rebuild. Possibly (hopefully) just new fuel pipes and seals, but its got nearly 275k miles on it, so im planning on a new pump. Finding a used/reman pump seems to be very difficult. They are everywhere for the w211, and tje older w210s, but I cant seem to find one online for my particular application. Ive found new ones, but at around £400 ill probably have to scrap the car before i pay that much.

1. Is this the only year/model i can look for? Did my engine come in any other year/model?

2. Is the injection pump common/shared with any other year/model?

VIN code entered in EPC will tell part number, you can alaso try check old pump for part number. ALL W210 engines were OM613, thus pump is 'old type' pump. True, there was some differences in very early W211 setup.

Im out of town currently, but I believe it looks like the first one you posted.

Is EPC something I can access online, or is that a dealer only thing?

I had thought my car had an OM648.
..how can I tell?

Some MB club membership offers entry to online EPC, russians are sharing access to cracked versions in the net, any star diagnose (either genuine or chinese clone) owner has usually EPC in diagnose laptop.

If your car is W210 it has OM613, unless someone has changed it. OM648 came with W211 chassis but like said very early models had some variety, I just can't remember was there some version with old CR2 type fuel system (pump shown in first pic).... your car data card or decrypted VIN will tell engine type as well.
