W211 7g auto trans. oil level indication.

I would really like to know what my ATF level is as there is a slight leak from the transmission sump gasket and I don't want the oil level to drop too low, transmission was serviced early 2022, I was wandering if I could maybe get it on a good diagnostic set up would that show how much ATF is in there. Failing that if the level was to drop drastically what would happen would I get some sort of low ATF warning message, I am getting some mysterious vibrations at present and the car is not as smooth as it was, I can't really pinpoint them to any suspension parts, would a slightly reduced oil level cause vibration/subtle jerking from transmission due to low ATF. I really need to fit a new sump gasket which would involve draining most of the oil, but I am strapped for time, but in the meantime if I knew what the fluid level was it would set my mind at rest. Vibrations and jerkings are playing havoc with my mental state at the moment, I find you start feeling em even when they are not there

I don't think there is a hole for dipstick on mine. It's a 2007 e320cdi

I have a 2009 W211 E280cdi.
There's no dipstick tube on my car and I suspect yours may be the same

The 7g transmission doest have a dipstick tube.

Get the level correct using the procedure.

Anything else is a waste if its actively leaking
