Now that the wedding and prom night duties are over it is time to re-advertise my car.
52 plate, W211 Avantgarde spec in Tanzanite blue and beige interior.
130k miles.
MOT until 5th Oct (no advisories).
Just had the engine oil (MB 229.5) changed with Mann oil filter.
It has:
Comand with boot mounted Navigation.
Panoramic roof.
Auto dimming mirrors. New driver’s door mirror glass.
Parktronic.
Keyless go (see below). All door handles work.
Heated dynamic front seats, with massage.
Electric, memory front seats inc, steering column and mirror.
Airmatic suspension.
HK sound system.
Aux in lead.
Through loading feature.
Climate control with rear controls.
All the toys work and the HK system sounds great.
In my tenure it has had the following renewed:
Radiator.
Thermostat.
Main battery in the boot (AGM019).
Power steering hose.
Reconditioned TC with gearbox flush, pilot bush and filter (Avantgarde Automotive).
Gearbox oils had been changed at 38k and 100k previously.
Crankshaft harmonic balancer.
Spark plugs.
Airmatic pump piston ring/seal.
Airmatic pump mounting bracket.
All 4 air springs replaced with Arnotts units.
Rear spring control arms.
All front lower ball joints.
Drop links.
Front control arms.
Front brake pads.
Dynamic seat pump has had a new impeller and vanes fitted.
Air con has been serviced by an air con specialist with new valve cores.
Brake fluid has been replaced.
Brake light in the boot lid.
Audio 50 APS replaced with Comand and Nav drive in the boot (Latest maps).
Original Audio 50 will come with the car.
Service book stamped up to time I bought the car.
Lots of receipts and paperwork.
Continental Sport contact tyres all round. F 4.5mm R 5mm.
Although there are two keys, only one is keyless go as MB no longer supply KG keys.
MB also updated any software whilst they were programming the new key.
I have put in a photo showing the crack in the rear door trim.
There are stone chips on the paintwork and the wheels, whilst not horrendous, would be next on my to do list.
It is a lovely car to drive and I get 30mpg on a run without Miss Daisy
£3,000 for members.
I have it on AT higher and it was the cheapest one on there when I placed the ad.
Thanks for looking.
