How do you get the bulbs out? I've even had the mirror apart and still can't get them out. Thanks

Do you mean side mirror? Is so they are led so one complete unit ?

No, its the 'ambient light' mounted in the underside of the rear view mirror which gives very weak amber illumination of the centre console/gearlever area.
