W212 Central Locking Issue

Hi all, I am new here and just purchased my first Mercedes W212 E350 and very happy with it.
I have an issue with the central locking on the rear passenger door, as this does not open or lock when using the key fob or from the internal auto locks. It only works when I pull the handle from the inside to unlock and then I can open from inside or out but need to manually lock that door again separately each time.
I have searched here and checked all 5 fuses relating to the central locking.
Anybody have any idea what this could be?

I had the same issue with my 2010 212. Took it to my local Indy who fitted a new actuator in the door problem solved. Don't go to the main dealer!

Thanks for the reply, could I ask the price you were charged just to get an ballpark figure to compare to any quote I would get?
