W212 E300 Hybrid Battery Malfunction

Is there a website that sells genuine mercedes parts, particularly this battery.
I can't seem to find a brand new and genuine one anywhere online.
Do dealerships sell parts?

This company on eBay sells your exact battery for £72.99 delivered

Brand new 5 in stock
Hope this helps.

regarding the Auxiliary battery malfunction, i had that too.
Merc quoted me 170, i found one at a local shop for about 40 and swapped it. Don't need star to clear anything, just switch you ignition 5 times.

Well good news, but not sure how checking the torque on a flywheel bolt can solve a problem with the battery or wiring, early last year I was thinking of buying your exact same car,but with so many bad revues and breakdowns I decided not to buy the 3 year old car.

Just as an update to this thread, I got the dreaded "Auxillary Battery Fault" on the display a week ago. My car is a 2013 E350 Estate facelift and the battery is located in the boot next to the Adblue tank. I replaced it with a Yuasa YTx14 sealed battery costing £48. It took 30 minutes which included waiting 20 minutes for the battery to fill up with acid.
I only used the car once after the warning came up and the symptoms were very worrying, on a short journey I had total power loss of all electrical systems including the steering 3 times for a fraction of a second whilst driving the car.

@CYPER if you’re going to be running this car on a very tight budget, do yourself a favour. Sell it, get a jap of some sort and get on with your day.

If the battery were to cause anything else to fail Mercedes will laugh you out of the dealership and you will be left with a very expensive paperweight.

Had this same error message “auxiliary battery malfunction”. Only bought the car (65 plate) in February and still under 3 year manufacturers warranty. But - big but- does the warranty cover the auxiliary battery and fitting either or both . If it outside the warranty what can I expect to pay at a mb dealership I wonder / Any ideas chaps ?

I had A B M a few weeks ago and it was basically a loose nut on the live terminal ,while I was at it I cleaned both terminals and a small spray of wd40 and the error message hasn't appeared since.
