w212 facelift

I have just recently facelifted my 2011 w212 to E63 AMG by installing a new body kit that came with headlights and tail lights. Everything work perfectly except for the rear turn signals lamps. I get the amber lights flashing once and then the red brake lights keep flashing thereafter when I use the turn signals. I would like only the amber lights to flash during turn signals like the European versions. I have tried to change the tail lights but the same problem persists! Has anyone faced a similar problem and can someone recommend a solution?

Are the bulbs new led ones which are causing problems ?
Is there an Earth point connection to the bodywork near each light fitting that need cleaning ?

The new LED bulbs came with the new tail lights. The Earth point connections have been cleaned properly. I'm wondering if it could be a problem with resistance.
