Hi has any body had a problem with the outer window trims becoming permently stained & will not clean off. The trims are of gloss black finish. thanks

I know exactly what you mean. Had gloss black surrounds on my GLC and they got completely ruined by the muppets at the Tesco car wash.
I tried all sorts to restore them but nothing ever worked

On my w205 the black was looking stained but after a cut and polish it looks great

My muppets at Tesco seem not too bad , even returned my wallet an hour after I dropped it collecting the car after having it washed. Refused to take the £10 offered as a thank you!
