W213 E220d leaky boot

Hi I have a 66plate E220d AMG Line saloon in selenite grey which I am very pleased with. Had the car about 1 month now and have just noticed there is dampness in the boot tyre well. Not awash with water but definitely damp. Floor cover seems dry, just the spare tyre well. Any ideas? Will take to dealer otherwise but trying to avoid the hassle.

Take it to the dealer if it’s still in warranty. Drain holes blocked or damaged seal?
