W213 E43 Battery issue

Hi,
I bought a second hand E43 (early 17) a little over a month ago. I'm guessing it's one of the first made. Within a few days of owning it Mercedes me sent me a message saying starter battery critical. It does this within a few days of any long journey after four or five short journeys or sometimes even without driving at all for a few days. When I get in there is either a yellow or red large battery symbol in the display but the car starts fine.
I have taken it to the dealer after waiting several weeks for an appointment but they've tested the battery and said it's ok.
Is it ok? Should I ignore it?

It is not OK, its under warranty so tell the MB dealer to fix it and to give you a loan car until they have. I suspect they will change the battery then and it will all be OK

Any RED symbol means stop immediately !! Yellow is a warning.
