W213 Facelift slow gear change

Hi,

Ive just got the E class W213 Facelift and I'm experiencing slow gear changes sometimes. For example going from 1st to second gear sometimes the car holds on past 2000 rpm and same for second to third this happens multiple times during the day when driving the car. Occasionally when I've accelerated and then quickly need to brake and slow down for traffic for example there will be a very lumpy downshift, which is very noticeable.

Any have any idea why the car holds on to gears so long ?

My pre facelift w213 was not like this.

Being a facelift, is it still under warranty, if so would take it to the dealers to ask them to give it a once over.
