as they didnt get any bids.... might still have them, plus may be able to cut a deal cheaper than £200.

U will also need the rubber trim, clips etc. these could probably can be purchased quite cheap from a dealer, although my parts guy said u cant get them seperatly but i am sure u could - u could probably get the skirts fixed on somehow even if you couldnt get the clips, use other clips or fabricate your own or something....

I will get all the part numbers required, all the clips and even the plastic trim is available (well it is for the w202 sideskirts) because I bought two of each for KH when he bought my facelift parts, came to about £20 for all the bits including the under-door trim (often forgotten about but might be required).

W208 probably uses the same clips as the W202.....

i was lucky when i got my skirts as it had everything with it as the guy upgraded to AMG kit so i had all his old stuff :bannana:

Part numbers taken from a facelift CLK200k, it's possible that one or two items are wrong, but pretty unlikely I suspect all models had the same facelift parts.

There is only one diagram for the sideskirts. The part are listed as either +772 (with AMG) or -772 (without).

Some of those parts listed have AMG and non-AMG items though, so if someone wanted to get the AMG bits they'd have a totally different list to the one above, except for the AMG-ONLY stuff.

Just found out what the N/A bits are, updating...

I fired one of the part numbers through the online price thing, this is the result:

i just the 2 side skirts for £200 which isn't too bad. Called MB dealer and they wanted £122+ VAT per skirt. Parts bloke said it would be about £10 per side for the fitting kits......

the above pic posted by Shude is correct - all the clips etc are listed there.

155 and 158 are for fitting the skirt to the underside of the car (5 holes for this i think)

the others are for fitting to side of the car and to the door sill holes.

there will be some older style plugs on your current setup which need to be removed and new ones clipped in place.

I had a look on the catalogue and didn't spot any differences in the rubber weather protection under the doors facelift vs pre so you probably don't have to buy any, there's a few quid saved

u need to remove the trim under the doors as the skirts have this integrated into them.... as per my howto. all u need for a full job is a few clips as in the above pic and the rubber trim that sits between the skirt and the metal bodywork on the side, which isnt shown in the pic. - u could probably use other "finishing" trim for this (ie from halfords) and cut to size, so thats not a worry.

That trim must be in the EPC, I'll take a look tonight

Just called Mercedes for all the parts, and they have quoted me £97 for all the parts? This seems crazy.
