Wembley car show

The irony of holding a car show in the middle of a ULEZ!

Whilst classics are exempt, they chuck out a helluva lot more nasties than a modern non exempt car.

The air will be thick with 4 star fumes (yum!)

Modern classic (sub 40 years) of which there are a lot will still get clobbered for the £12.50 though.....

Actually, because they all do a low limited annual mileage, classics ard actually cleaner overall, than most other vehicles
When I had a TR6, it was limited to 1,500 miles a year
I did 12,000 miles a year in my SL and my wife's Kuga, combined

But, yes, yum

The average classic car can be driven for 37 years and still produces less emissions than an electric car does before it has even done a mile.

Against that 1500 miles in the average classic kicks out more harmful toxins than a new car does in about 7500 miles.... and about double the carbon per mile......largely because like for like a modern car uses about half the fuel.
