Wet patch engine bay c class w205

Hi all,

Ive noticed a wet patch in the engine bay which more near the window of the car. Im not sure which components are near there.

I drive a c class w205 4matic 220d.

Can someone please advise where water could have come from, and engine part near the window screen?

If it's just water I'd suspect blocked scuttle drains causing water to overflow.
Has it rained recently ( or have you washed the car recently)?
