What do I have

Ok now this might sound daft but here goes,
I have a 2008 Mercedes C320 CDI Auto
now when I look for part`s has I am at moment looking for front drop link`s Now list that come up are for
W204 C320 Cdi
W204 C320 Cdi 4 matic
if it`s 4 matic can someone explain "what is 4 matic" ,
I had this when I took it for 4 wheel alignment and they tried to find car it came up with same options and ended up choosing W204 C320 Cdi to set it

Once under the car (to do the wheel alignment) it should've been fairly obvious if it was 4-Matic or not, surely?
