300-24 just goes to prove that Benz were really on top of their game back then...awesome build and even the effeciency of that engine is comparable to the stuff they produce today..231bhp/3.0 litre that does 30mpg...I'm not sure the game has really moved on that much with Benz at all

Very clean car! And a nice spec.

Shame the seller doesn't know his near side or off side from his frontside or backside...

Actually that's a bit harsh - he got the nearside rear correct. One out of four isn't bad!

300-24 Looks very nice. Bonkers engine (I miss mine)

The only time you'll get 30mpg is with a tailwind at 65 mph on the motorway though

It'll average low to mid 20s I'd guess - which is probably OK for a 20 year old 140mph+ car.

Be interesting to see what it makes, budget for CHG replacement at some point... Who pays 7k for a cloth seat 220
