What else causes it

i get 2 error codes on my E320. One is fairy constant the other very intermittent and happens now and again and throws the car into limp. It seems to happen after a hard run followed by sudden slow driving/stopping.
I get code P132 as a fault and then P404 as a fault or pending fault.
I have changed the O2 sensor and cleaned the EGR thoroughly (off the car).
What else could be causing the codes?

MAF sensor?

A quick diagnosis with MB Star would confirm what the problem is.
Do you have an MB independant garage nearby?

No idea if this place is any good, but he should have Star equipment
