My C250 S205 states on the VIN description of what's on my car that my car has 'Pre-Installation For MB-Link Smartphone Integration'

Can someone tell me what exactly this is please. Does this mean I have Apple Car Play?

The first line is the hardware required (USB port for Smartphone)

The second line is the license for Apple CarPlay

The third line is Android Auto
