what to do? :/

Had to have the head helicoiled to fit 2nd injector but still wont seal properly. Cars an 03 plate an not mint so wondering if i should run it into ground or if its worth putting a different head (pref with injectors) on it. Currently on 187k. Amy advice welcome

Helicoils and timeserts can provide a good enough repair for the injector to seal properly. I'm sure even WIS has it as a repair. If the garage are not confident then maybe get someone else to repair it?

One of mine was bodged in the past and now has a M10 hex-headed bolt fitted. Whilst not a proper repair and not recommended by most as it is not a stretch bolt, it has held firm for circa 3 years and many thousands of miles. The cost of replacing the head was just not financially viable.
