What type of camera is this?

I saw two today going to Gravesend, the first was in Crayford, see Google Maps picture and the second one is a slighter bigger version of this. They are off-white in colour.
I've looked up the net and can find any.

Why what have you done?

Certainly looks the ANPR cameras that have been around for some time now on many of the major roads.

I've noticed them particularly as you enter a borough. There's one just up the road from as you come from Gravesham into Medway.
