What would you do?

Yep, a sincere apology would make all the difference, not an arrogant shoulder shrug coupled with a smirk before driving off...

Report the other driver to the police, as he has failed to stop after an accident.

Not sure I would bother with insurance unless the Police will give you his details.

He might just deny everything and leave you with increased premiums.

I agree, it is now a criminal offence to leave the scene of an accident without exchanging insurance details. Dependant where you are in the country the Police may/will pay him a visit and give him a fright at least.

I imagine an ass wipe like that will be no stranger to the law and will not be bothered in the slightest.

A baseball bat is probably the only language that type of sole-fouling understands.

I previously owned a Honda Civic Type R, I had it 7 years from new until it was written off by some cow, she was heading towards me on a back road and did a right turn without giving way. To cut a long story short she caused me to swerve and mount a high curb writing off my car. she refused to give me her details. I reported her to the police for failing to provide details and failing to report an accident. I was lucky to have a car cam, she now has a court date and has lost the insurance claim too.

Payback is sweet!

You could simply wait with your wife by the school & when you see him, let him get clear of his car & kick it. making sure of course that there are no cameras watching!

I poured brake fluid over the b*****ds car after a slightly more severe incident!!:devil::devil::devil:

From this and your other 3 posts, I've a feeling you're not going to fit in around here. You need to relax.

I felt all these emotions and wanted to contact my criminal brother, who is covered in scars and would love to drag this ***** out of his car and smash him to a pulp, and he undoubtedly would, he's a lunatic who's spent most of his life in prison. I on the other hand have a job, and a career, and seeking cheap revenge is just going to hurt me more.

It cost me about £7. That's far better than a potential prison sentence myself, or whatever I'd owe my bro or his mates for "sorting this for me". I'd rather just take solace in that the fact that what goes around comes around.

Otherwise you spend your life chasing ****tards.

I'd keep within the law, or you may end worse off. Even if you think revenge is sweet. Or don't get caught! lol

Life's too short to worry about stuff like this, if it only cost me £7 and a bit of time to put it right I'd not give it any more thought.

As for the other driver, no doubt he will push his luck too far one day and come off worse for wear.

I seem to recall someone on here getting all upset because a cyclist put his hand on their car to steady himself in stationary traffic, there really are more important things in life to worry about.

Good for you.

Not sure if you are aware that should she be convicted of both offences she will have a criminal record for life

Might make her think twice in future.
